Setup Free-Sat but some channel are scrambled. EG ITV 1 (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have got everything working fine i can watch FTA channels but some of the regional channels are scrambled when i wouldnt expect them to be. For example i cant watch my region of ITV 1 becuase it is scrambled, when all the other regions are not.

Can only one help me out with this?

ITV1 Yorks E - Shows up with the Red Circle with a T in it under TV channel in MP TV Server config.

Other ITV1's show in a Green circle with a T in it, so i cant watch my region of ITV?

Normally there is a Sky version (encrypted) and a Freesat version on a different transponder. It looks like some of the sub-regions (eg. the East/West/South....) are only available on Sky. Freesat has ITV1 Yorkshire FTA but not Yorkshire East

Which ITV 1 HD should i choose? I the list i get,

ITV 1 HD - Green Circle
ITV 1 HD - Green Circle
ITV 1 HD - Red Circle
ITV 1 HD (1) - Red Circle
