I am trying to isolate a strange problem with SetupTV.exe in the TV Server Configuration. I have just added a HDHome Run tuner, the first I have tried with Mediaportal. Everything is working well, except after a channel scan, when trying to preview a channel to see if I want to keep it or not, I get the preview screen, see the HDHR activate the LED for the tuner, and then nothing. I have to kill theSetupTV.exe with task manager as it freezes. I can view my channels in Mediaportal TV fine. Have tried different Mpeg2 codecs, but not sure if they have an effect on the channel preview or not like they do on the TV. I have also tried to use FFDshow for the preview, but still the same.
In any event, this is pretty inconvenient when trying to edit channels to add/delete since you can only try to view them in the real TV program and not the channel preview in SetupTV. Any Help sure would be appreciated. Some info below:
