setupTV no longer working (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,this it's a very strange bug that never happend to me.So,everything worked great before i decided to do a satelite rescan.After rescan all went good so i closed setupTv.
But when i tryed to configure my TvServer again setupTV was not working anymore and always ask if i want to start TvService but TvService it's already up and running(if i try to start it a SQL error shows).Reinstalling TvServer don't resolve anything,my guess it's the tvlibrary get corrupted after the satellite rescan but i'm not sure.
TvServer still work in MP so the only problem it's setupTV.I'm posting the error.log
