Several channels not recognized during Scan (1 Viewer)

Media Portal does not recognize several local channels that are all picked up by SageTV, BeyondTV and others. I live in the San Francisco Bay area and channels that fall into this category are all the PBS stations - KQED Digital Channel 30 (Programs 1-5) and others.

Since they aren't recognized, I thought I would add them but am having trouble specifying the gazillion parameters to Media Portal.

Can anyone help? How do I find these parameters or is there a list somewhere I can consult? I know the call letters of the missing stations.
