I don't see the problem as long as the prices are down in the $0-$5-zone, then it can be compared with the people selling Linux-CDs, you pay for the CD and the time spent creating it, not the program itself. But when they start going above $5 it's too expensive.

If you can buy it online, you can download it as well I think. But thats my opinion..

Yep, its not ollegal to ask money for the CD and delivery. But it is illegal to not to tell that the application is freely available for a download.

Also some Ebay "idiots" (cannot say that the sellers would be actually idiots as its the buyers unfortunately) are selling only a downloaded version.

This has been done so many times, as long as they are supplying on cd, not a lot anyone can do

That one, not sure about the pictures with MTSolutions on, if they are there own "taken" using MP, but then they are ripping off every kind of software available under GNU\GPL.
