Hy, one of the things that I hate most when watching TV (and this is not MP related) is that when commercials are on during program, and i want to browse thru other channels i lost timeshifting on thath channel. So if i'm going back on channel that i was watching i miss part of the show. I know i can hit record but i don't find that very user friendly. It will not ask me to start from last point. And my recording get filled. I think good solution would be if i press pause on some channel, and even if i navigate to other channel, it would stay tuned in. So when i come back to that channel it's still on that point and waiting for me to resume. There should be also limit (config) how long to wait for me to come back, or else dump timeshifting. I also thought of something that's not totaly related with this. Today in multiplex world when you can tune in to more channels with one tunner at once an ip television (i can tune in so much channels as my bandwith can handle) there should be option to select channels which are alway tuned in and hold their timeshifting files for day or two. That way i can watch tv show from start even if in real time it's already at the end. I could also watch show that i totaly (forgot to record  ) missed previous day. I know this would be heavy operation for pc, but there are already futures that have warning like that. I guess this has no chance to be part of MP1 but i think that it should be considerd for MP2 Regards, Tine
