Skip emu select screen? (1 Viewer)

Here's a feature suggestion:

Say you only use 1 emulator, it would be nice to go straight to the gamelist instead of having to click on the emulator first. Could you please either
a) add a check box for "default emu" (hiding other emulators in the context menu) or
b) add a "global favorites" setting that lets you add games from many emu's to a single list that you can choose to load as default

for a nice plugin.
