Skipping during video playback not working correctly (1 Viewer)

Hi all. I know this should go into the bug report forum but im using my friends laptop to print this so no log files are available and i dont want to waste peoples time my posting this bug without available manatory logs.

If someone could try this out and post results.... Id be most appreciated

Goto My Videos, load a divx movie, and press the up key to skip time.

The only way I can get it to work is if I press pause first, then play and Skip.

It be also interesting to me, if someone tried it with other video formats

I tryied wit ha few different files and none of them skipped on me
