Skipping forward/back in videos (1 Viewer)

Is there any way to change the skipping interval when pressing the "up" and "down" button?
I can find skip steps for the "left" and "right" button from the settings (General->Skip steps), but I cannot seem to find the instantskip intervals.

I'm sorry if this was posted before, I tried searching around but didn't find any clues.
