I assume you're running the latest versions of everything (Skype, MP, the plugin etc), and have a positive Skype credit balance   ?

Can you see anything in the log file that might be related (or send me a PM with it attached so I can have a qick look?) - look for the tag "SP->" for plugin-related messages?
