Hi,
I've got a skystar2 PCI. I just added another couple of LNBs. Today I went and got a 4 into 1 DISEQC switch. But I can't get it to work. I've seen some mention of DISEQC problems with the BDA drivers. Is this a known issue with the skystar2? Please tell me I don't have to go back to the WDM driver ? :-( Maybe there is an external program to do diseqc switching? I could use the external channel change plug-in for TV3?? I really like the BDA driver. :-(

Latest public SVN of everything.Always.

Thnaks,
Rhys

I've never got SS2 BDA driver working with DISEQC. I've been using the WDM driver with DISEQC working great for a couple months now. I have SS2 connected to DP34 with 119 port 1, 110 port 2, and 129 port 3. I'm able to switch between the LNBs no problem. I even have a Dish 1000 so I have a dish pro LNB and that is working fine. As far as channel changing issues, I've not really had enough time to test how well the TV watching works in TV server; I've always had issues with it missing some channels I watch during scan so I never really get around to watching it too much. I see dozens of fixes and feature adds each week. Give it some time and I'm sure the stuttering will be fixed with the WDM drivers. Or maybe one of these days technisat will release a full fledged BDA driver.
