Skystar2 - no signal on 10892 H from HotBird (1 Viewer)

Hello all,
When scanning says 'no signal' on one transponder 10892H from Hotbird.
I tried ProgDVB and it scans 10892H perfectly.
I've googled and found that others have the same problem with MP.
Does anybody know the sollution?
