SleepControl Zu bestimmter Zeit ?

    Hallo,
    ich suche eine Möglichkeit SleepControl zu einer bestimmten Zeit zu starten.
    z.b Zwischen 0-8 Uhr.

    Am besten das er erkennt wenn länger als Zeit X keine Aktion passiert ist das dann ne 60 Sekunden meldung kommt.
    Wenn diese nicht bestätigt wird geht der PC pennen.


    Gibt es so etwas ??

    Naja GMPS ?? Das nutz ich schon aber anders. Daher kann ich den nicht so wirklich nutzen da ich Idle 24 Stunden brauche ;)
