I have pretty much go everything working pretty well, however i have a problem that when i change stations it changes in about 1-2 seconds which is fine but then it plays fine for about 3 seconds then does a slight sound stutter and the audio is out of sync with video then it sort of catches back up with everything
and everything works fine then until i change again, does anyone else get this problem? i'm using a fusion plus-t card and my specs are pretty high, would posting a log help anyone trying to find a resolution for me?

Yep. I just upgraded to the latest CVS and started getting the same problem. I still have 0.2RC2 installed and it doesn't happen on that version.

I don't have access to log my information at the moment but I'm using a Compro DBV-T300, Avermedia A777, Geforce 6600GT with the Nvidia decoders.

Avermedia a777

A bit off topic. I've just built myself an HTPC with a couple of Avermedia a777 tuners. MP doesn't seem to recognise them. The compatibility list has the a16a, which if I understand correctly, is the same card. I notice you have the a777 in your machine, Nightmare (hope the abbreviation is ok :)). Do you have it working with MP? Anything specific you did to get it to work?

    Hi BigRizz

You need to bring this to Dman_lfc attention so can you repost in hardware support with the relevant info.

    Thanks

    NightmareRambo77.

I am having the exact same issue as you. Although sometimes the A/V synch stays out of whack after the little glitch. Very annoying? Did you solve the problem? Interesting that this doesn't happen in previous versions?

Anyone else have any solution advice?

    Cheers.

    Hazza.

nope i'm fairly certain it has some issues with the reception i'm getting, i'm currently getting quite poor reception and i have a feeling MP doesn't quite work as well as the fusion app at lower signal strength and quality

Pretty sure it is not to do with bad reception. I get very good reception on a couple of channels and it does the exact same thing!!

What would you call bad reception? In the FusionHDTV native software most of my channels are 90% quality and 22dB strength. How does this compare to you?

I think the latest CVS's have had alot of work done on "no signal" issues so maybe they have fixed it. Might have to try it out, although when I upgraded to latest CVS files couple of weeks ago I lost audio when playing DVD's as it changes the standard audio codec from "MPG/AC3/DTS/LPCM Audio Decoder" to "WMA Audio Decoder".

This problem was fixed a little while back (can't remember exactly when) and I can verify that it does not occur with version 0.2.0.4 ... :)

Hehe, oki.. Then it might be my drivers that has some problem.
I have the latest SVN and I also managed to set remote debugging to work in my VS2005 so I could deploy the MediaPortal to my HTPC.

    The sound shutters happends when:
_tvAudioTunerInterface.GetAvailableTVAudioModes(out availableAudioModes); is called 8 times.

It is also happening sometime when it sets the AudioMode. I am still debugging the past part but the most shutters were when just that line was called. and everything disaperas when I only set the audio mode to "Mono". but who want's mono tv? =)
