slow boot, wakeup (1 Viewer)

Anybody have a clue why my MP system (Intel Core I3, Intel DH57DD, 4GB Ram, WXp) is so slow to boot, and wakeup from S3 standby. It takes a good 2 minutes to boot, and at least 45 seconds to wakeup.
My desktop system is much older, slower cpu, and half the ram boots in about 40 seconds and wakes up in about 5 seconds.
