slow channel change using streamedMP (1 Viewer)

Channel zapping takes about 2/3 secs here (give or take).
Not sure if you're using NOD32 as antivirus, but i've read some threads about that AV causing some issues with the zapping.
If you're running (other) AV software, you could try adding your timeshift & record folder, as well as 'Team MediaPortal' folder from Program Files & Program Data to the exclusion list and try again.
