Is it anybody more than me that is experiencing a slower GUI if TV is NOT started?

When TV is on the animations is running like a dream, when tv is off, the animations is not that smooth... It only looks good with TV on, DVD or music doesn´t do any difference...

I´m running vista on a C2D 6750, 2 gb ram and a Radeon HD3870 with all latest drivers and updates...

There is indeed a remarkable difference in speed when TV has been started...

Try using EVR instead of VMR9.

Will this do something for XP users also or is this only for Vista?
