Slow to change channel Over network (1 Viewer)

Hi,
We currently have a decent spec server(above) running over the network to 15 or so clients, works well once the channel is chosen and playing but it is so slow changing channels (around 30seconds) with only one user running(because everyone needs to be on the same channel)
If i can get this to work i am buying 2 x dual tuners so we can have 4 channels running 24/7.

Is there any reason for this? is it always just like that? It is a fully gigabit HP Procurve network and no other network issues are around.

Also looking at changing it to server 2008r2 so we can have more clients

Please collect the logs from the Server covering this issue.

Also, are you able to reproduce the issue with only 1 client connected? (trying to gauge if the problem is performance)
and is the problem the same with all clients disconnected and using MePo client on the TV Server? (trying to gauge if the problem is networking)

Hi,
Yeah it was doing it when only one client was connected.
I ahve wiped it now anyway to try and run it on sevrer2008.
