Description:
MediaPortal 1.0 DxVA/EVR Video-Playback with ATI-Cards and CCC 8.10 upwards rendering no Picture (When paused Picture can be seen) but Sound.

Explanation:
Direct3D is used for drawing the Screen-Content, so your CCC-settings for 3D are applied.
If you alter these settings (e.g. by selecting a quality-profile) so AA & AF-Settings are not "Application Managed" anymore, you will end up with the problem description above.
It is remarkable that this Problem exists only with the CCC Driver Version 8.10 and upwards, and is not MP-dependant.

Solution:
Set your AA & AF-Settings to "Application Managed" in CCC (if running MP must be restarted for the settings to take effect)
Optionaly you may create a MediaPortal-profile with these settings in CCC-profile manager and load that before starting MP, so you can use another profile with other settings for gaming.
