32bit driver with all required files

am getting

Unable to create graph for this device

when trying to open config for device in Configuration.exe
my Theatrix tvcard works fine in Media Player Classic & VideoLAN
this problem also effects Theater 550 pro based tvcard & meybe the new Theater 650 pro as it uses the same driver base

am using driver:

My brother's 550 works great.
I'm guessing something is missing from your system based on the error but someone who is more familiar with it will have to help you.

but are you brother using the LATEST driver? ( from 26 june 06)

Perhaps you should try the previous driver then to confirm that it is a driver issue?

problem confirmed. Updating a working setup to the newest driver resultats in a ""cannot build graph for this device"

Moreover, i cant install the control panel properly. Somethings wrong. Please tell me that they finally gave the user control of encoding and nr settings??
