Some Backdrops don't show up (1 Viewer)

I have a couple of mvies that I can't get the backdrop to show up. I've checked out the folder..

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\MovingPictures\Backdrops\FullSize

and the file that is listed is there just not showing up when I fire up Mediaportal.

It's only a couple of movies. Not sure how to solve this one...any suggestions?

there have been occasions that this happens, open the image file with MS paint and save again.
