[Configuration] Some the necessary innovations (1 Viewer)

1. Completely disabled mouse support on secondary monitor in dual monitor configuration (Just as in the Meedio).
2. Possibility load any *.exe, bat , cmd, vbs files when Mediaportal started and closed (Just as in the GameEx).
3. View information about videocodecs, audiocodecs, resolution of movie, Bit rate, etc, not only IMDB (Just as in the Freevo (Linux))
4. Set the default audio device in configuration Mediaportal, if in the system more then one audio device. (Just as in the many other soft)

2. Would be great!
3. <shift> + 1 gives some info.
4. Don't have more than 1 audio device, but I guess I agree.
