"sort by" name for non-English titles (1 Viewer)

For movie titles, I like to keep the non-English names in their original language, meaning foreign text, but this way they are sorted after Z, in orders that seem random. To resolve with this, I can type in the phonetic English name of the foreign title for the "sort by" field, so they're sorted within A-Z. The problem is that the default sort-by name seems to be the same as the title, which means I'd have to enter the sort-by name manually for every non-English title in order to do what I want.

Is manual input the only way to do what I want to do? How do you guys sort your non-English titles?

I think following issue is related to your question:

so there is an enhancement issue planned (currently) for release 0.9
until then manual labor seems the only way.
I have only a few foreign titles. I don't (yet at least) bother to edit them since there are less then appr. 10 movies with foreign (non-english) titles.
