I know more people complained about the order the filmstrip sorts the movies and messing things up if there are .iso or .img images within the folder. They will be seperated from the .wmv, .avi etc files.

Because I just reinstalled MediaPortel I found out what caused it. What did I do:

- reinstalled MediaPortal (completely clean, the RC4)
- used the config to let it find my movies
- indexed my movies in database
- then I remembered I had to add, .img and .iso files as movie files so I did
- indexed the new movies again and give them covers.
- starting MediaPortal I noticed all Movies were in the RIGHT order!
- then I noticed I didn't set the Deamon automount for iso/img images on so I changed it
- after doing that all .iso and .img movies are in front of all others so Alphabetical filmstrip is gone
- besides the order, it also removes all covers the .img and .iso's had :(

So it must have something to do with that Deamon Tools option, if I turn it off they are in the right order again. Would be great if this could be fixed in 1.0 since it's a nasty bug (can't image it's a feature).

To make it bit more visual I got SAW 1, SAW 2, SAW 3 and SAW 4. Except 4 they are all .wmv's. SAW 4 is an iso. Before turning Daemon automount on they appeared right way. Now it shows all iso's and img's including SAW 4, then alphabet starts again until we see the S again where it lists SAW 1 - 3.

Hope I was of any help. And keep up the good work!
