Update for dvbt.xml file to include local frequencies for Barcelona and Cornella TDT area.

Copy the dvbt.xml file to the following path: C:\Archivos de programa\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters

NEW LOGOS For TV and RADIO:
Uncompress the thumbs.rar (THIS FILE IS THE NEW VERSION) to the following path: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Datos de programa\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs
