[TV] Specify TV channels and their number per client (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,
I wonder if it is possible (I found nothing about it) to configure MP client for receiving only a restricted list of channels from the TV server. This could allow for example to remove access to adult channels on a client used by childrens

Also if it is possible to renumbering channels on client side. The goal is for example to using HD channels on standard numbers on a HD client, but standard channels on same numbers on a non HD client.

At least the channel protection is on my idea list for the next-gen version.

The renumbering based on the client is a bit difficult because we have a central server where all data is stored (which i do not really see that it is going to change).
