Splashscreen text (1 Viewer)

Anyone know how to move the text on the splashscreen?
I am specifically talking about the status text ~ the one that says "loading plugins..." etc.

I have tried editing the splashscreen.xml files and adding the <posX>xxx</posX> and <PosY>xxx</PosY> tags to no success.

Help!

I guess nobody knows how to do this then?
Is it a bug in the skinning engine??

I think I heard said that the only thing that can be changed by the skinner is the background graphic...everything else is hard-coded in.
