Just added a simple plugin that responds to suspend and resume events, and runs a batch file of your choosing.

Hi, do you know of or maybe even have an example batch file to see how to disable/enable devices like my firedtv?

Installation?

Thanks for this option, I think that this is what I need to get my hauppauge remote working again after resuming.
BUT how do I install this plugin, its a zip file - were is it supposed to be unzipped?

Yeah sorry about that forgot to write some installation instructions. Pretty simple really, just put the StandbyTrigger.dll in the plugins\Process folder. The go to configuration, enable the plugin, and setup couldn't be simpler. Just put the path of the two batch files you want to run.

Thanks for the explanation, however, I'm still confused, when I unzipp -should all the files go into the plugin dir, or MP dir?

Do I have to manually move the StandbyTrigger.dll into its correct place or?
Sorry for all the probably simple questions.

Ignore everything in the zip file except the standbyTrigger.dll (The rest is the source)

Unzip that file to the folder "plugins\process" under your media portal folder. That's it.

This plugin work with 0.2.3.0 RC2 too???
I use this setting

but the .bat file don't start on resume from standby.

.bat file is OK (manually work fine - double click on .bat).

I haven't tried this plugin on 0.2.3.0 rc2, but no reason why it shouldn't work. I'll try it and let you know.
