Start MP when 2nd minotor is detected (1 Viewer)

Is there any way to get MP to start when windows detects a second monitor?
I have a pc thats used all day for work/gaming and a 32" LCD thats used for movies. I dont want MP running all the time only when the 32" is switched on.
does anyone know of any way to do this 3rd party or otherwise
