During a scheduled recording, if the TV server management console is started and then the Manual Control option is selected, the recording is momentarily interrupted. This can be noticed because the "rec" symbol disappears briefly in MediaPortal and the Manual Control screen shows "idle" for about a second before going to "recording" again.
All data recorded before this interruption is lost. A problem appears to be that the recording data is stored as though it were a timeshift instead of in the appropriate TV series directory (the timeshift directory is cleared during this interruption).
I have not investigated this completely but observed that it happens if MediaPortal is opened and you aren't watching the recording in question - whether it happens if you are watching it or MediaPortal isn't opened, I have yet to investigate.
I will confirm it happens in this SVN and in a fresh one tomorrow and post logs if it does.
