startup problem with 0.2.2.0 (1 Viewer)

Hey

Just clean installed 0.2.2.0 but when trying to start Mp nothing happens. splash screen occures but MP dosent start. when i was using 0.2.1.0 it worked fine...

What could the problem be?

    What skin are you using? I know I have seen something like this if the WeatherOverlay plugin is not disabled...

    From the log it looked like it is missing entires in the language\Danish\strings.xml file.
    I'm not sure how this gets resolved.

    Generally what I saw was that MediaPortal would start, but it was a transparent Fullscreen window.

    a lot of entry's are missing in the danish language file...
    MP is runnning as a process so it sounds right. What do i do???

    Clean install, without any 3rd party plugins should always work on a clean non-stripped XP/MCE installation with all windows updates.

    The language file doesn't matter although it is a little pity that there are that much danish users and even team members but noone considers to keep the file up to date...

    Thanks for the replys... did a new clean install and tadaaaa.... Problem solved. wierd...

    I'm thinking of editing the language file with the missing entries. This shouldnt be a problem?

    As long as you can spell correctly and do not use abusive terms for translation I can see no problem :D

    Would be great if you could add the missing strings!
