[Step-2] Add already watched ts buffer to recording (1 Viewer)

Since this feature is now in SVN for a long time and has never worked completely, i decided to take the chance to complete this feature.

How to test:
- Replace the attached TvPlugin.dll (you need to have at least RC 2 installed)
- Start MP Config with parameters "/avoidversioncheck /debugoptions" and enable the feature under "TV" -> "DebugOptions
PLEASE NOTE THAT ENABLING THE NOTFIERS ISN'T NECESSARY ANYMORE
- Enable debug logging
- Start MP with parameter "/avoidversioncheck"
- Report your findings

This is now completely redesigned and doesn't rely on the tv notifier anymore.

If you encounter any bugs please at least post your "mediaportal.log" and "error.log"

Secondly, could you tell me how you do this : enable the feature under "TV" -> "DebugOptions. I can't find this option. :sorry:

Unfortunately I haven't had much time to test lately, but I just sneaked away for 10 minutes... I applied the patch to the latest svn (25839) and... It worked! A correctly named folder with the relevant part of the buffer was created. Hopefully I can test more tomorrow night, but I just wanted to give you a quick heads up.

I've now installed my patched build (25859) on my main machine as well. A program started at 18.05, and I had it running. At about 18.14 I realised that I had to record it and started a manual recording. I just had the opportunity to check the result, but while the directory for the buffer was created it unfortunately didn't contain a file. I've attached logs.

Btw, could you please compile a new version of recordingbuffermerger with updated path?

Another set of logs. The show started at 21.00, but I didn't start the recording until 22.16. This time files were copied, but...

It copied data from 5 buffer files, but rather than copying the whole files (I have the filesize set to 1GB) it seems as it only copied the same amount of data from the last four files as from the first one?

I don't have any logs for this one at the moment, but it seems as if buffer files are sometimes copied even for scheduled recordings.
