Step for tuning foxtel (Australia) (1 Viewer)

I've been trying to setup foxtel in mediaportal without success. Here's what I have done so far.

1: Bought and installed a hauppauge pvr150 mce tuner (as recommended on these forums)
2: Installed the drivers that came with the tuner.
3: setup my epg for foxtel using WebEPG.exe, this works well.
4: connected my foxtel digital box to the tuner via scart-->s-video
5: changed the display output in the foxtel setup to s-video
6: mediaportal recognised my tuner so I attepted an autotune and nothing happened.
?: I'm stuck from here, I don't know what to do next.
