Still no TV.... (1 Viewer)

Right, I've now installed a borrowed nvidia geforce 2 pro 64meg card with new drivers. and I still don't get any picture on TV though the picture using the twinhan software is now stable and perfect. I've tried loads of different codecs - all to no avail. I'm now at the point of giving in. I've even tried Nero ultra 7 but that only seems to support analogue channels. What the hell am I doing wrong?

DVB-t/analogue twinhan 3054 does not seem to be on the supported card list.
So look here to add http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/Add_TVCard_to_natively_supported_list

PS The card you borrowed should haver been a FX5200 or ATI equivalent as does not support DX9 and maybe not even DX8.

Yeh its still a DX7 card, so you wont be able to get video payback. Absolute minimum your probably looking at a GF4 Ti (NOT MX). To be safe though a 5200 or higher.

Thanks for that, I've added the Twinhan card to to the supported list and now I get a still picture. At least that's a start.
I'll send the xml sheet in as soon as I've proved it works ok.
Looks like it's time to put my hand in my pocket again.
