Hi,
With the RC1 release, I had some trouble setting up DVD audio to SPDIF. (see my post here: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/1-0-rc1-svn-builds-270/dvd-ffdshow-38451/)
I've just done a clean install of all my windows and installed all of this in that order:
I ended up using Dscaler for audio as I didn't managed do set SPDIF out neither with MPA nor ffdshow.
Now, I'm having another problem in video playback. As an example is better than long talks, take a look at my enclosed screen shoot. This is not good at all :-(
I've also enclosed my logs...
Note the this DVD used to play well on previous versions of MP. It stills plays well on Power DVD and VLC.

- Install all updates
- Firefox
- Thunderbird
- Latest drivers
- Filezilla
- notepad ++
- Auto Gordian knot http://www.autogk.me.uk
- ffdshow last tryout
- pidgin
- open office
- Haali media splitter http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/
- Real alternative
- Quick time alternative
- vsfilter
- winrar
- .net 3
- Windows Media player 11
- MediaPortal/TVServer
- VLC
- power DVD
- Dscaler
- Install all updates
- Firefox
- Thunderbird
