Stream live tv to android 1.6 phones/tablets via vlc and piiptv (1 Viewer)

Hi wanted to watch live tv on my eken m001 tablet with android 1.6 and couldnt use ipimp because i have no flash plugin...

So i found a solution or better a work-around.

I stream live tv via piiptv plugin to vlc and than to my tablet. And it works, but the quality could be better, lol but the tablet is to slow...
