Streaming web-TV (1 Viewer)

I found this site where you have 70 web-TV channels to stream for free. It's quite nice but it would be awesome if you could get them in MP (without the web browser plugin).

I know this may be a little outdated, but I can't seem to find the thread as the URL link seem to be invalid. Any ideas how (if possible at all) can I get http://www.channelchooser.com working within MP?
