Hi, i have a problem with HDTV and Windows7.
If i go to the LiveTV menu (with the small tv screen) and select a HD channel the GUI starts to stutter and the TV picture as well. When i go to fullscreen TV picture the stuttering continues but it becomes smooth after about a minute or so. When i go back to the TV menu with the small TV screen the stuttering starts again, both on GUI and TV frame.

When i press shift+1 i see a lot of dropped frames. +/-35ps instead of 50fps.
It's not related to codecs or version of windows7 and not to a specific version of MP1. I tested clean installs of 1.1.2 and 1.1.1 as well.
    This is only with EVR.

Attached are logs and pictures with shift+1 enabled.

Picture 1: Channel NED1 SD small LiveTV frame
Picture 2: Channel NED1 SD fullscreen

Picture 3: Channel NED1 HD small LiveTV frame
Picture 4: Channel NED1 HD fullscreen

Hope someone can relate to this and reproduce this issue. :D

    Greetings,

    Wouter

Hi Lyfesaver74, i've found the problem. First i installed a new videocard. Cheap fanless Geforce 210. VP4 :D
Now i always have to tweak the color settings of the driver as image thru hdmi has a green tint to it on my plasma.
Found out that if i enable "inverse telecine" and more settings under video color settings menu i can reproduce my problem with performance under live tv with hd. But only under certain Geforce driver versions.
I also found out that there are a lot of different issues in each nvidia Geforce driver. I.e. with the most recent Geforce 260.99 driver it's not possible to adjust the video color settings and make the tint less green.

Driver 260.89 for Win7 64bit is totaly working as expected. No performance issues and now i am able to select the Microsoft drivers and all is smooth and nice. Now i can build a Windows7 prod system and archive the WindowsXP version. MPaudiorender from Tourettes makes make it wurth while to switch to EVR on Win7.

:D for your help also on IRC!
