I have this stuttering sometimes since RC Version. I have seen it only on SD-TV. This stuttering comes and goes - I haven't found a way to reproduce. Here is a screenshot, when I hit Shift+1:

You see that fps goes down to 33.

My Logs are attached. Maybe someone could take a look.

I can confirm exactly this behaviour. It happens only in SD-TV, not in HD-TV. It also seems to happen more often on some channels (in Germany e. g. "Sport1", which does not send with a high bandwidth). Any ideas already why this happens?

I'm using PowerDVD 10 from SAF 5 package. Can this really be the problem? Which other codec would you recommend for SD (using an ATI graphics card under Win7 x64)?

Its the same issue that I have. For me the fps can change after a short while, as 50 down to 14 etc. I dont think its the codecs, nor ATI or nvidia... or TV-cards... Win 7 itself maybe???

Does it stop if you pause TV briefly (so that there is more data in the timeshift buffer) ?

Going back 15 sec. in the timeshift buffer fixes the problem, no stutter when replaying the 15 sec. and following from there. But after some time, sometimes a minute, sometimes longer, the stuttering start again.
