stuttering TV on some Channels - in RC4 again! (1 Viewer)

on some TV-Channels (i think not all, saw this only on a few Channels, but maybe are all Channels "infected" too) the Picture is stuttering every 15-20 Minutes (also in RC3), the Picture freezes, the Sound freezes, then the Sound moves on, the Picture runs after the Sound - after 30-40 Seconds everything is good again.

Watched this since RC3, every SVN again, also in RC4....

Do you have your hard drive(s) configured to shut down after a certain period of time?

At my rig this often happens, when a hard drive is going to standby or is waking up again. Setting hard drives to never shutdown solves the issue. At the cost of always spinning disks, of course.

The according options can be set under "Systemsteuerung/Energieoptionen" (might be "Control Panel/Power Saving" or similar on english systems)
