Subtitles Cause Stutter (1 Viewer)

I am having trouble playing BD (Blu-ray) ripped files with subtitles - the movie plays fine without subtitle but if I turn vobsub (or ffdshow) on in the MPConfiguration (under Videos Post-Processing), then the movie is unwatchable - it appears that vobsub is not using GPU's HW acceleration and the CPU usage shoots way up. Is there a workaround for this simple task? I am using ATI 3650 which has H.264 HW acceleration.

Did a bit more digging, if I use an external player like KMPlayer, I could get smooth playback of H264 BR rips with subtitles (can't capture with GraphEdit though), so I don't know which codecs the player is using. Love to get this to work with MP, so I don't have to get out of the program. Any suggestion welcomed.

Using VobSub or FFDShow for subs breaks DXVA. Please see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...48/integration-mpc-hc-subtitles-engine-54130/ for temporary workaround.
