When i am playing movies in mkv format, the subtitles are gone.
I use ffdshow to view subtitles. This worked great before i updated to latest svn.

Most of the subs are in a separat folder. Only have a few movies with the subs embedded in mkv, and these don´t work either.

Is this a bug?

:D

I noticed one more thing.
When i try to view OSD in ffdshow on my movies and dvd, it wont show. It shows when i switch to tv.
If OSD in ffdshow won't show, then there will be no subs?
Looks like ffdshow don't work with any movies

Anyone know what to do?

Have you ever tried VSFilter? Some years ago I fought with subtitle problems and I figured that VSfilter is the best solution for me. It's working fine with all codecs I use (CoreAVC, Cyberlink & ffdshow) and embedded subs are viewed great too.

I got it to work for now.
Under movies - post processing i used "ffdshow video decoder" and ticked of sub.
I have always used "ffdshow raw video filter" here before.

Why does it work in "video decoder" and not "raw video filter" after upgrading to latest svn
