Subtitles in wtv files (1 Viewer)

i am still getting best results with LAV package and MPC-HC subtitles engine - all 4 types of subtitles (DVD, external in almost any format, DVB as bitmaps, and Teletext).
So i think the best is if TS can upload somewhere shortest vtw file with subtitles so we can check what type of subtitles are there in, and then we can get some advices.
@Astrolabe would it be possible?

Yep, the splitter need to output the subtitle stream but subtitle decoder need to handle it too
A sample could be nice.
