I have seen on internet this device:
ADS Instant Video To Go H.264 Hardware Encoder

that convert video in h264 with usb hardware encoder.
I don't know if is possible to control encoding via directshow filter, but if is possible my idea is to create a Tv Server plugin that can manage the conversion with low cpu use.
Anyone have tested this device?
