Yes for files, but i think for folders it isn't possible!

Currently this is done somehow using the Organise function.
However i'm thinking of allowing a folder structure in the Rename paramters: e.g. <A>\<B>\<K> - <T>, which would move the file then to the folder based on the variables.
Besides that nothing planned, since i'm dealing mostly with files and not with the folder structure.

when the files are renamed into a new folder would be good if a folder.jpg was created also.
Example it would create <a>\<b>\folder.jpg = album thumbnail
Would be good if <a>\folder.jpg = artist thumbnail (available from thumbs directory/last.fm+audioscrobber scraper)

yes that is indeed what I did in that ticket. It may already be working without updating those plugins because most of it was not relevant to the plugin itself (test, some leftover unused parts etc).
