Suggestions For TV Card (1 Viewer)

I own a desktop pc with the following spec :-

2.4ghz Amd Athlon XP CPU
1 gb ram
geforce 5200 graphics card
soundblaster 5.1 soundcard
3 * Hard Discs 480gb storage
single 8*speed dvdrw
16* dvd rom

could anyone suggest a dvb tv card that would fit in my current set up.

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated, and also how easy is it install the software and the tv card.

The world is your oyster, as the saying goes.

The first things you want to consider are

1 will i ever want to watch one program and record another.
2 will this ever be connected at some future point to a HDTV.
3. How much do I want to spend.

If no then Hauppage cards with there reasonable software are the alternative. Nova T PCI springs to mind.
