i would really be interseted to play dts music files as well. itried ASIO player plugin, but was unable to get it to work., without screwing with my dtsconnect settings so much that it becomes really anoying. Would be nice to have this option with bass player. VLC player plays it beautifully.
i have some HD movies with the .DTS file sitting outside of the main video file(which has DD5.1 - so it plays fine atm)....
im wondering if the .DTS file could be added to the playback (as switching audio streams is currently supported) without having to remux the .DTS file into the main file ?
ASIO player plugin works just fine for me to play DTS flac and wav files. You need an ASIO compliant audio card or like in my case, use the ASIO4ALL driver/emulator.
For DTS i use passthrough to SPDIV and let my receiver do the decoding of the DTS signal.

Brief update... Hauppauge support responded quickly, stating that the "driver for all of our product confirm to the BDA format". Not sure what that means, but to test that, I downloaded a copy of Capture4Me, and indeed, it switches LNBs without any issues with minimal configuration (just set DiSEqC to 1.x A/B/C/D and select the...
