the team decided to remove the mpg recording feature because it does not have any pro's comapred to ts recording.
it only makes code more complex and also has some bugs atm.

for 1.0.1 it will be just dissabled in code
on startup of setuptv.exe the value in the database will be changed from mpg to ts to avoid issues
for 1.0.2 tv-server code will be cleaned up, and all mpg related code removed. a seperate mantis issue will be created for the cleanup[/b]
