SVN 21864 on Vista (1 Viewer)

I must be missing something obvious but I just cannot spot it!

I'm trying to install SVN 21864 downloaded last night onto my Vista machine - it says that I .net 2.0 is installed but I need SP2 for MP, I've tried installing .net 2.0 SP2 and it gives me a message about not being compatible with Vista, have tried putting SP1 on first with the same message resulting - unsurprising actually as the MS website clearly says it's XP & 2003 not vista.

.net 3.5 is installed.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please - the same install worked perfectly on XP.
