From time to time I get the audio, but no video - just the "busy sign" with the rotating arrows. When this happens, it cannot be stopped with the stop or the back button. I have to get back to the main menu. Sometimes this happens to clips we've already watched, i.e. "Nöje -> Allsång på Skansen -> Episod 1". Any idea what's causing this?
